Side Piece, a loaded-fries spot, opens at The Drive By Waterway in New Cairo

Side Piece, a new restaurant that puts fries at the centre of the order rather than on the side, has opened its first branch at The Drive By Waterway in New Cairo, SceneEats reported.

The menu is built around fries loaded with different toppings and sauces. Among the options are Smokey Brisket Fries and Avocado Lime Fries.
