Heliopolis: Fornalia opens a bakery and café on Sesostris Street in El Korba
The Zamalek-born artisan bakery has a new branch at 3 Sesostris Street in El Korba, serving coffee and sweet and savoury bakes through the day.

Fornalia, the artisan bakery that started on El Marashly Street in Zamalek, has opened a new bakery and café at 3 Sesostris Street in El Korba, Heliopolis, CairoScene reported on 24 October. It joins the brand's branches in New Cairo and El Gouna.
The Korba branch is set up for the whole day, from morning coffee to sweet and savoury bakes, in one of Heliopolis's best-known walking streets.
It is open now. Opening hours and prices for the new branch have not been published, so check before a late visit. Heliopolis residents no longer need to cross to Zamalek or New Cairo for Fornalia's bread and pastries.
