Amr Saad and Yasmine Sabri start rehearsals for Ramadan 2027 series Tamkeen

Amr Saad has shared the first photo from rehearsals of his new series, Tamkeen, on his Instagram account, writing that it is planned for next Ramadan. The photo shows him with Yasmine Sabri, director Mohamed Samy and producer Tamer Morsy, FilFan reported on 21 October.

Saad and Sabri lead the series. Its writer, the rest of the cast and the story have not been announced, and the post did not say when filming starts.

The channel or platform that will show Tamkeen has not been named yet. Ramadan 2027 is expected to begin in early February, so the series joins a season whose line-up is still being announced; air times usually follow in the weeks before the month starts.
