GAC raises 2027 prices in Egypt by up to EGP 25,000; Emzoom now from EGP 1.014 million
Jameel Motors, GAC's agent in Egypt, has put up the price of every 2027 model it sells by EGP 14,000 to 25,000, the brand's first rise since April.
GAC cars cost more in Egypt this month. Jameel Motors, the brand's sole agent, has raised the price of all its 2027 models by between EGP 14,000 and EGP 25,000, Masrawy reported. It is GAC's first increase since April and comes in a month when more than 30 models from different brands have gone up.
The GS4 Max Premium rises by EGP 14,000 to EGP 1,350,000. The Emzoom now starts at EGP 1,014,000 for the Comfort trim (up EGP 20,000), with the Elegance at EGP 1,129,000, the Premium at EGP 1,214,000 and the R-Style at EGP 1,320,000. The Empow sedan starts at EGP 1,095,000 for the Elegance, with the Premium at EGP 1,214,000 and the S-Style at EGP 1,320,000.
If you were about to buy a GAC, ask the dealer for the new price list in writing before you pay a deposit, and check that the price on your contract is the agent's official one: dealers have been adding "over price" premiums on several brands this month.
