The Egyptian horror film follows a group of young people exploring places in Egypt known for stories about jinn. A cinema date has not been announced yet.

The first teaser for Mamsous, a new Egyptian horror film, came out on 24 October, El Watan and Al Dostor reported. Produced by G Creations and Nas Film, it follows a group of young people who set out to explore places in Egypt surrounded by stories about jinn.

The cast is led by young stars Omar Rezk, Yasmina El Abd, Youssef Raafat, Abdelrahman Mohamed and Tara Abboud. It is written by Salah El Gehiny and directed by Yasser Al Yasiri. A teaser poster came out earlier in October.

The release date in Egyptian cinemas has not been announced; the producers say it will be shared soon. The teaser is out now on the producers' channels. Check the film's age rating before you book once it reaches cinemas, as horror films are often limited to older viewers.
