The production company behind "Hadouta" has released the film's first poster, showing Ahmed Helmy in heavy black glasses and a full beard, with the line "everyone has a story they keep hidden". The film opens in cinemas across Egypt on Wednesday 11 November.

It is written by Ahmed Abdel Rahman and directed by Mazen Ashraf, and the cast includes Amina Khalil, Maged El Masry, Rahma Ahmed, Khaled El Sawy, Sherine and Mohamed Abdel Azim. Reports about the film describe a comedy-drama about a man who lost his parents as a child and grew up with another family.

It is Helmy's first leading role in cinemas since "Wahed Tany" in 2022, which followed "Khayal Ma'ata" in 2019.

Tickets usually go on sale in the week of release through the cinema chains' own apps and websites; no advance booking has been announced yet. The trailer has not been released.
