Ahmed El Sakka joins Welad Rizk 4, director Tarek El Eryan says
Director Tarek El Eryan has confirmed that Ahmed El Sakka will play a new character in the fourth Welad Rizk film. No filming or release date has been given.
Ahmed El Sakka is joining the Welad Rizk film series. Director Tarek El Eryan confirmed it in a television interview with ET Bil Arabi this week, saying El Sakka will play a new character in the fourth film and that the role is among the parts now being rewritten.
El Eryan said the team liked the character a lot and may develop it further. He also named Ahmed Malek, who has been with the series from the start, and said Hassan Malek and Youssef Raafat will join, with Aya Samaha not yet fully confirmed.
Welad Rizk 3, the last film in the heist series, starred Ahmed Ezz, Amr Youssef, Asser Yassin and Karim Kassem, written by Salah El Gohieny and directed by El Eryan.
No start date for filming and no release date for the fourth film have been announced, so there are no tickets or screening plans yet. The next news to watch for is the full cast and the start of the shoot.
