It has been another busy week of new price lists in Egypt's car market, with two family cars arriving and several brands moving their 2027 prices up. These are the official list prices announced by each brand's local agent, as reported by Masrawy; dealers may add delivery or "overprice" charges on top, so always ask for the final figure in writing before you pay a deposit.

Renault Boreal

The new five-seat Renault SUV has arrived in three trims, Evolution at EGP 1,470,000, Techno at EGP 1,570,000 and Iconic at EGP 1,690,000. All use a 150 hp 1.3 turbo petrol engine with a six-speed dual-clutch automatic, and the boot holds 586 litres.

JAC RF8

Kasrawy Group's new seven-seat plug-in hybrid MPV comes in one trim at EGP 2,795,000. It has 416 hp combined, up to 150 km of electric range on the CLTC cycle and electric sliding doors on both sides.

Lynk & Co 06

Ezz Elarab's new 2027 price list puts the 06 crossover at EGP 1,375,000 for Core Plus, EGP 1,475,000 for Hyper Pro and EGP 1,575,000 for Hyper Halo, all with a 178 hp 1.5-litre petrol engine. Across the range, the increases reach EGP 200,000.

Hyundai Tucson and Kia Sportage

After Kia's agent EIT raised the Sportage 2027 by EGP 25,000 to 50,000, both SUVs now start at EGP 1,850,000 and top out at EGP 2,450,000. The Sportage comes in five trims, from LX to GT-Line; the Tucson NX4e in seven, from Smart Shadow to N Line AWD. Both use a 180 hp 1.6 turbo.

Lynk & Co 08

The plug-in hybrid flagship SUV of the range, with 345 hp combined, now costs EGP 2,325,000 in Pro trim and EGP 2,525,000 in Halo trim. The electric 02 is EGP 1,675,000 and the 710 hp 900 is EGP 4,190,000.
